Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional Web Design and Printer & Scanner Services. All work will be carried out as per the agreed scope and specifications. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Services are delivered by prior booking.

  • Project timelines and delivery dates will be communicated in advance.

  • While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., client delays, third-party suppliers).

3. Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins (for web projects).

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project/service.

  • For printer repairs/setup, payment is due immediately after service completion.

  • No refunds will be issued once services are delivered, except in cases of proven negligence.

4. Web Design Specific Terms

  • Clients must provide accurate information, content, and materials needed for the project.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by late submission of content.

  • Once a project is delivered, any further edits or maintenance may be charged separately.

  • Domain, hosting, and third-party plugin costs are not included unless specified.

5. Printer & Scanner Specific Terms

  • Replacement parts, cartridges, or accessories will be charged separately.

  • Warranty on services covers only the work performed, not unrelated hardware/software issues.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by power issues, user mishandling, or third-party parts.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

  • Web projects are tested before delivery; post-launch issues arising from third-party modifications are not covered.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely communication.

  • Ensure devices (printers/scanners) are accessible and safe to work on.

  • Maintain backups of all important data.

8. Privacy

All client information will remain confidential and used only for service purposes.
